Nikolai Isayev, Founder and President
Nikolai is a marketing and business development professional with over 11 years experience in the online brokerage industry. He was previously a senior marketing manager at one of the world’s largest FX firms, GAIN Capital Group where he managed the FOREX.com brand in Russia and Eastern Europe for over 5 years, establishing a successful western Forex brand in Russia.
Nikolai founded DARTEK with the aim of providing a wide variety of companies the guidance, digital tools and mentoring that is required for success. He brings with his a broad knowledge set ranging from retail sales to compliance and PR, as well as experience in the ever-growing crypto and venture capital space.
Andrey Makarov, Director of Business Development
Andrey has over 20 years experience in marketing and offline advertising.
His career as a marketing agent for a top Russian mass media publisher in the 1990s. He has developed and executed different marketing strategies for online news publishers. Since 2004 he has successfully managed his full-service marketing agency in Russia and his current work includes the execution of international marketing campaigns.
